#Ascent recompile upgrade
Northwest of this location near the ledge you can find your first cyberdeck upgrade (1/9). Be sure to talk to the scientist BEEZELCHEK (Bios 6/50) in the west part of Cluster 13 to start the side mission Double Charge, which also adds the codex entry STASIS TECH (Lore 12/20). Some are locked inside chests which we cannot open right now, though. You can take some time to explore the city for some items scattered around.
